Welcome to Hopping Home Rabbitry. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, purchase, and transfer of rabbits from our rabbitry. By purchasing a rabbit from us, you agree to these terms in full.

1. General Information

    • Hopping Home Rabbitry operates as a private rabbit breeder, not a pet shop.

    • Our rabbits are sold as pets, show animals, or breeding stock (as specified at purchase).

    • All transactions are final, except as stated under our Health Guarantee.

2. Reservation & Deposit

    • A non-refundable deposit of ₹[amount] is required to reserve a rabbit.

    • Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • If the buyer cancels, the deposit will not be refunded.

    • If the seller cancels for any reason, the deposit will be refunded in full.

3. Payment Terms

    • Full payment must be made before or at the time of pickup.

    • We accept [cash, bank transfer, UPI, etc. – specify your modes].

    • Prices are non-negotiable once confirmed.

4. Pickup & Transportation

    • All rabbits must be picked up in person unless otherwise agreed.

    • Pickup must occur within 7 days of the agreed date or the rabbit may be relisted for sale.

    • We do not ship rabbits unless special arrangements are made in writing.

    • Transportation arrangements and costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Health Guarantee

We do not guarantee the health of any rabbit once it leaves our property. Rabbits are sold as healthy to the best of our knowledge and checked over multiple times prior to leaving. We are not responsible or liable for any health issues, accidents, vet bills, expenses, or other problems the rabbit may have once it leaves our property. By signing this, you agree you have looked over the rabbit and see no problems. Once it leaves, any problems are the responsibility of the new owner. (If you have rabbits already, we highly recommend quarantining new rabbits for a minimum of 30 days.)
 

    • All rabbits leave our rabbitry in apparent good health to the best of our knowledge.

    • We provide a limited health guarantee against congenital defects.

    • We do not guarantee against illnesses caused by stress, poor care, improper diet, or neglect after leaving our premises.

    • Proof of illness from a licensed veterinarian is required for any claim.

6. Care Requirements

    • Buyer agrees to provide proper housing, a balanced diet, clean water, and necessary veterinary care.

    • Rabbits must be kept in safe, sanitary conditions and not be used for any illegal or inhumane purposes.

7. No Returns or Refunds

    • All sales are final once the rabbit has been picked up, except under the Health Guarantee policy.

    • We do not accept returns for changes of mind, allergies, or personal circumstances.

8. Breeding & Show Terms (If Applicable)

    • If a rabbit is sold as pet quality, it should not be bred or shown.

    • If sold as breeding/show quality, no guarantees are made regarding show placement or breeding success.

9. Liability Waiver

    • Hopping Home Rabbitry is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused by the rabbit after leaving our care.

    • The buyer assumes full responsibility for the rabbit’s welfare from the moment of pickup.

10. Privacy Policy

    • Buyer information will only be used for the purposes of completing the sale and record-keeping.

    • We do not sell or share buyer details with third parties.

12. Sexing

Sexing your rabbit at a young age means errors can happen as their gender is not as clear as with dogs. Please keep that in mind when you purchase a young animal! We have checked multiple times, but bunny genders can change. We are not responsible if the sex of the rabbit ends up changing AFTER it leaves our farm. You agree you also checked the sex of the rabbit upon picking it up to verify its gender.

13. All Sales are Final.

If at any point in the life of the rabbit, the buyer is no longer able to keep him/her, I require that they notify me. Depending on the situation I may be able to assist in finding the rabbit a new home. I am not always able to take the rabbit back onto my property for rehoming, but regardless I will endeavor to find the rabbit a suitable new home. If the buyer no longer wishes to keep the rabbit at any point in its life, I ask that they give me the right of first refusal.
It is your responsibility to inspect the rabbits before taking them home with you. Once they leave our Rabbitry, we no longer have any control of their health, safety and well-being. Therefore, we do not give refunds.

1. We currently do not allow visitors to walk through our Rabbitry.
2. We also like to maintain the privacy and safety of our family, bunnies, and property.
3. Payments and deposits are non-refundable. If your bunny dies within our care you will choose another bunny of equal value or receive a credit for a future purchase.
Bunny genders are not guaranteed as sometimes they may mature later

14. Agreement

By placing a deposit or purchasing a rabbit from Hopping Home Rabbitry, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
